Thomas M. Wochok, born Philadelphia, PA, 1949.  He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1975 (currently inactive); District of Columbia Bar in 1980; the Virginia Bar in 1981; and the Maryland Bar in 1996.  He obtained his B.A. degree in 1970 from The Catholic University of America, magna cum laude; he obtained his J.D. degree in 1974 from The University of Toledo; and he obtained his LL.M. in international and comparative law from Georgetown University, with distinction, in 1993.  Mr. Wochok is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Fairfax County Bar Association, and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International.  Mr. Wochok has practiced in the areas of medical negligence, products liability, premises liability, construction liability and nursing home liability with 30 years of experience.
