He was admitted to the Bar in 1990, VA; 1992, District of Columbia,; 1994, Maryland. He obtained his B.S. in 1987 from the University of Virginia; he obtained his J.D. in 1990 from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Banks is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, and the National Association of Fire and Rescue Service Attorneys. Before joining the firm, Mr. Banks practiced general civil litigation, including aviation tort litigation defense.
